In recent years, the Japanese biotech industry has experienced substantial growth, with the number of Japanese biotech ventures increasing 20% since 2003. Increased cooperation between the Japanese public and private sectors and academic institutions has lead to the development of a vibrant industry and has opened up a greater potential for partnering and research collaborations.

The 5th Annual Japan Biotech Meeting is designed to help explore the opportunities in this growing market sector. It brings together world leaders in from science/technology, business, finance, as well as senior executives from pharmaceuticals, chemical, agricultural, and nutraceuticals (wellness) companies.
